VishR Media ("we", "us", "our") produces and sells original and remixed music productions through this website, https://vishrmedia.com. You can reach us at vishrmedia@gmail.com for any question about these terms, your order, or your licence.

By browsing this website, or by placing an order through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or purchase from it.

Everything sold through the Premium Library is a digital product. You are buying a licence to use a music production — you are not buying ownership of the recording, the composition, or any underlying rights in it.

Free tracks in the Library remain our property and are made available for listening and, where offered, download. A free download does not grant any commercial or sync licence.

When your payment is confirmed, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the purchased track. The specific terms shown on the product page and on your order at the time of purchase are the terms that apply to your purchase, and they continue to apply even if we later change our pricing or catalogue.

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing, you may not:

Prices are shown on each product page. Card payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for those orders. When you pay by card, your contract for that transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle's own terms and privacy notice apply in addition to these terms. Paddle also calculates and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT.

We also accept bank transfer and Uni5Pay+ for local payments. These are verified manually: you upload proof of payment, we check it, and your download is released once the payment is confirmed.

We never receive or store your full card details. Card data is handled entirely by our payment processor.

Delivery is digital and automatic for card payments. Once your payment is confirmed, we email a secure download link to the address you provided at checkout.

Download links are time-limited and permit a limited number of downloads; the applicable limits are shown with your order. If your link expires or is used up before you have retrieved your file, contact us and we will issue a new one at no charge.

Payments made by bank transfer or Uni5Pay+ are released after we have manually reviewed your proof of payment, which is normally the same working day.

You are responsible for giving us a correct email address at checkout. If you enter the wrong address, your download link will be sent to that address; contact us and we will resend it once we can identify your order.

You are responsible for keeping your download link private and for storing the file once you have downloaded it. We are not a backup service, though we will normally re-issue a link if you ask.

All content on this website — including the recordings, artwork, written copy, and the VishR Media name and logo — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you except the specific licence described in section 3.

We may add, change, re-price, or withdraw tracks from the catalogue at any time. A change to a track's price or availability does not affect a licence you have already purchased.

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the site for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

We provide this website and its content as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of a purchased track.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Suriname, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Suriname.

Where you have purchased through Paddle as Merchant of Record, Paddle's own terms may additionally apply to that transaction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
