Privacy Policy

This notice explains what personal data VishR Media collects, why we collect it, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small.

We collect only what we need to sell you a track and deliver it:

We never receive or store your card number, expiry date, or security code. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's own secure checkout and are never visible to us or to this website.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

We use your name and email address to process your order, to send your download link, and to answer you if you contact us about a purchase. We use your purchase records to keep proper business and accounting records, and to handle refund or support requests later.

We use your WhatsApp number only if you provide one, and only to contact you about your order.

Paddle processes card payments as our Merchant of Record. When you pay by card, Paddle collects the payment details and its own privacy notice applies to that processing. Paddle shares with us only what we need to fulfil your order — principally your email address and the fact the payment succeeded.

PayPal processes payments where that method is offered and enabled.

We use an email delivery provider to send your order and download emails, and a web push provider if you have opted in to release notifications. Our website and database are hosted by our hosting provider.

Each of these providers processes your data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here.

Download links are tied to your order, are time-limited, and allow a limited number of downloads. They are not public and are not indexed. Please do not share your link — anyone holding it can download the file until it expires.

We keep order and payment records for as long as we are required to for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We keep contact messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to retain.

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.

To make any of these requests, email vishrmedia@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, and will ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request about a specific order.

This site uses local browser storage to remember the contents of your shopping cart between pages. That information stays in your browser and is not sent to us until you place an order.

If you opt in to release notifications, your browser stores a subscription that lets our push provider deliver them. You can revoke it at any time in your browser settings.

We may update this notice as our website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
